Sempervivum Purple Beauty ~ PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION
These are lovely Purple Beauty semps. They’ve been raised in a greenhouse, so have not obtained their peak spring colors yet, as they’ve just recently been removed and placed outside. They are cold/winter hardy, but do not put them out in freezing temps, as they are not acclimated to freezing temps, and would need to acclimate naturally over the fall season, and be allowed to go dormant. They don’t typically go dormant if they’re in a greenhouse year round. They will look like one of the last photos when you receive it, but if you keep the plant outside, and the nights are a bit cool (not freezing, just make sure it’s above 32, the cool weather will bring out their colors). they will get their colors within a month or so, and look like photos 1-3. These are full of babies, and shown in 3.5 inch pot.
