Sempervivum Centennial
Gorgeous semp! These are shown in 3.5 inch pots, they’re starting to pup. They’ve been raised in a greenhouse, so they aren’t at their peak color, as sempervivum do when they come out of dormancy, they stun us with their lovely colors. These are winter hardy to -20 F. They do just fine in very cold climates, as they go dormant. If you live where it is still below freezing temps, please don’t put these outside yet. They must acclimate to extreme cold slowly and naturally, and they’ve been in greenhouse, so they can die if you abruptly put them out in the cold (so long as it’s over 32, they’re fine right now, probably even fine if it’s colder, but to be safe…..
